Getting Started:

Delexi offers a transparent pricing model visible on our Pricing Page. You can start a Free Trial directly through our website to test the features. For enterprise clients with complex portfolios, we recommend requesting a demo where a product specialist can walk you through the simulation engine using your specific business context.

You connect your account using Amazon's secure Selling Partner API (SP-API). You will be redirected to a secure Amazon login page to grant permissions.

  • Security Note: We never see or store your Amazon login credentials. The connection is made via a secure, encrypted OAuth token which you can revoke at any time via Seller Central.

The initial data synchronization can take between 2 and 24 hours, depending on the size of your account and sales history. This is due to Amazon's API rate limits. Your Delexi dashboard will show a "Data Sync Status" so you always know how fresh your data is.

Platform Features & Data:

The ROI simulation is a predictive modeling tool that lets you run "what-if" scenarios. You input an action (e.g., increase ad budget by 30%) and variables (e.g., timeframe, product cost), and the engine forecasts the financial impact, including projected revenue, net profit, and a break-even timeline.

  • Compliance: We strictly adhere to the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy. This data is used solely to provide insights to you (the authorized seller). We do not aggregate, sell, or share your Brand Analytics data with any third parties or other sellers.
