Understanding Delexi:

Delexi is a Commercial Decision Engine that synthesizes market data into actionable commercial intelligence. Unlike "all-in-one" tool suites that focus on day-to-day tasks, Delexi is built to validate high-stakes strategic decisions before you commit capital.

It works in a three-step loop:

  1. Data Ingestion: The engine pulls in live market signals (competitor pricing, BSR changes, ad dynamics) and customer search behavior.

  2. AI Simulation: Our AI models process this data to forecast the financial outcomes of your decisions, such as launching a product or changing an ad budget.

  3. Actionable Output: The result isn't just data; it's a clear forecast that guides your strategy and powers our intelligent advertising automation.

DELEXI is engineered for sophisticated e-commerce stakeholders managing significant product portfolios and advertising budgets.

  • Professional Sellers & Brand Owners: Established sellers who need to make confident, portfolio-level decisions to scale their business.

  • Manufacturers: Brands using Amazon as a key sales channel that require deep market intelligence to manage their competitive positioning and ad spend.

  • Investors & Aggregators: Firms that need powerful forecasting and risk assessment tools for due diligence and managing portfolio assets.

  • Reduces Costly Guesswork: Our ROI simulation provides data-driven forecasts to transform high-risk investments into calculated choices.

  • Scales Portfolio Management: We provide portfolio-level analytics to identify top performers, underperformers, and hidden growth opportunities across your entire catalog.

  • Optimizes for Total Profit: We move beyond chasing a low ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales) to maximize your total profitability (TACOS), ensuring ad spend drives overall business growth.

  • Aligns Your Team: By providing a single source of truth for forecasting, Delexi ensures marketing, finance, and operations are aligned toward the same goals.

Getting Started:

Access to Delexi is provided through a personalized, expert-led demonstration. We don’t offer a traditional self-serve free trial because the platform's power is best understood in the context of your specific business challenges. In the demo, a product specialist will walk you through the platform, discuss your goals, and show you how the simulation engine can help you achieve them. You can request your demo via our contact form.

You can connect your account in minutes using Amazon's secure Selling Partner API (SP-API). In your Delexi settings, you'll be redirected to a secure Amazon login page to grant permissions. We never see your login credentials, and the connection is made via a secure token. You can revoke access at any time from Seller Central.

The initial data synchronization can take between 2 and 24 hours, depending on the size of your account and sales history. This is due to Amazon's API rate limits. Your Delexi dashboard will show a "Data Sync Status" so you always know how fresh your data is.

Platform Features & Data:

The ROI simulation is a predictive modeling tool that lets you run "what-if" scenarios. You input an action (e.g., increase ad budget by 30%) and variables (e.g., timeframe, product cost), and the engine forecasts the financial impact, including projected revenue, net profit, and a break-even timeline.

It provides a highly educated forecast, not a guarantee. Much like a weather forecast, its accuracy is highest for near-term predictions and is designed to provide clear, directional analysis to reduce risk.

Delexi moves beyond single-product metrics to give you a strategic view of your entire catalog. Key features include:

  • Portfolio Health Dashboard: A consolidated view of total revenue, blended TACOS, overall profit, and other key metrics.

  • Product Segmentation: Group products by brand, category, or lifecycle stage to analyze performance.

  • "Winners, Losers, & Sleepers" Matrix: An automated analysis that categorizes products to help you decide where to invest, maintain, or divest.

Our automation goes beyond simple rule-based bid management. The AI operates on a multi-factor model to maximize total profitability. When setting a bid, it considers:

  • Product-Level Profitability: It bids more aggressively for high-margin products.

  • The "Halo Effect": It analyzes how ad-driven sales impact organic rank and overall TACOS.

  • Portfolio Budget Allocation: It dynamically shifts your budget to campaigns with the highest potential for profitable growth.

The system has a learning period to gather enough data to make smart decisions.

  • Days 1-4: The system monitors and collects baseline data.

  • Days 5-14: It begins making initial, conservative bid adjustments and optimizations.

  • Day 14+: Having gathered sufficient data, the system performs more sophisticated strategic optimizations.
